As the middle school teacher, my job is for every student to work to their potential and strive towards their individual goals. It is important to have a classroom atmosphere that fosters learning to the extent where students are able to feel comfortable enough to express their ideas. I feel a student needs to be taught in a place where they can ask questions and not be afraid. I also feel that a student has so much potential and my job is to help the student find it so he or she can go to greater heights.
