PERMISSION FOR OFF-CAMPUS FIELD TRIP

It is my understanding that every precaution will be taken for the safety of my child. I also understand that proper supervision will be provided. Therefore, my child may take the field trip and the school, Board of Trustees, director, teachers and classroom assistants are hereby released from any obligations in the event of injury to my child occurring as a result of this field trip.
